Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is free — we'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in full.
Final Sale Items
We do not have any final sale items — all products are eligible for return within the 30-day window, provided they meet the conditions above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@falicora.com with photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
