Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier issues or customs processing.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries outside the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
